2363327 - Branching in Surveys is Not Working as Expected

The branching in surveys is not working as expected.

Pre-Requisite:

A Survey with at least three questions.

Example:

Question 1 has two options to answer. Option A is branched to question 2, option B is branched to question 3.

Reproducing the issue:

1. Go to the work center Surveys.
2. Select the view Surveys.
3. Find and open survey ABC (ABC represents the ID of the survey).
4. Click on the Simulation button.
5. Select an answer for question 1 and click Next.

 

If option A is selected to answer question 1: questions 2 and 3 are shown instead of just question 2.

If option B is selected to answer question 1: Only question 3 is shown.

 

This is the expected system behaviour if the answers are not branched to either another question or the end of the survey.

The system will jump to the question the answer is branched to but will also display all the following questions.

The answers of the questions need to be branched to either another follow-up question or the end of the survey.
