2363601 - Curriculum Status report does not display exam or quiz failed status

• The Curriculum Status standard report does not show the status for an Exam or Quiz if the status is Failed
• This includes both LMS and SCORM quizzes and exams

• SAP SuccessFactors
• Learning Management System (LMS)

1. An Exam or Quiz item is set to be marked as completed even on failure
2. A Failed status is successfully returned by the item
3. Learning History of the user shows the item has failed (evidence that the failure has been successfully recorded)
1. Test Quiz "TROW Turtle Quiz Item - Take 2" was failed:

4. The user runs his/her own Curriculum Status report (standard/system report)
5. The report shows the Quiz/Exam item, but shows no value for the Status (no pass or fail)
1. Test Quiz "TROW Turtle Quiz Item - Take 2" shows no value for Item Completion Status ID or Item Completion Status Description:

• This is due to the report design and how the Failure status is stored in the database
• When the Quiz or Exam is failed, the failure is stored in a different report field (PH_CBT_CPNT.FAILURE_CMPL_STAT_ID)
• This field is not included on the Curriculum Status system report

There are 2 options:

1. Use a different report to obtain the Quiz / Exam status 
• For SCORM, use the SCORM Exam Details report
• For LMS based Quizzes, the "User Quiz Data (CSV)" report provides the failed/complete status per user
2. Create a custom report that pulls in the details needed
