2363604 - "Error: No PO matching for update/cancel" when creating a PO

Symptom

You are using Ariba Network Integration for SAP Business Suite SAP ERP add-on. When creating a Purchase Order, ouput to Ariba Network failed due to incorrect field entry. After correcting the field entry and output is triggered again to Ariba Network, you get error:

"Error: No PO matching for update/cancel. Please contact support with the Error Reference Number: ANERR-XXXXXX for more details".
