2363989 - Data Services job fails with error:System call <LoadLibrary> to load and initialize functions failed for <iclit09b.so,idmrs09a.so>.- SAP Data Services 4.x

Symptom

Configured the ODBC.ini file, with relevant details but on connecting getting following error :-

ODBC configuration is ODBC.ini file is correct, as well as the connection test documented in KBA 1780262 - How to test connectivity to a database using Data Direct drivers installed on Unix or Linux box, but the job still fails with error

System call <LoadLibrary> to load and initialize functions failed for <iclit09b.so,idmrs09a.so>. Please make sure the shared
library is installed and located correctly.
