2364117 - Configurable: Ad-hoc Query Does not Collect Data

Upon executing Business Rule Ad-hoc Query (Data Collection mode), results differ between the following Business Rule categories:

1. When selecting Change Log Check, no results are coming and the following error message appears:

User is expecting results as there are records for the same table in SCU3 (When using SCU3 handler).

2. Value Check category returns results from SCU3 changes.

In this example, both business rules are exactly the same, except for their Category and Analysis Type.
