2364152 - Extended Fiori application browser tab title incorrect and shows DISPLAY_NAME or {{appTitle}}

Symptom

After extending a standard Fiori application such as My Pay Stubs 2.0 and deploying to Fiori Launchpad. When the application is accessed, the browser tab shows DISPLAY_NAME or {{appTitle}} rather than the expected title (for example: "My Pay Stubs").
