2364159 - Cannot delete WFA role due to template set

A Workforce Analytics role gives the following error when attempting to delete: "This role cannot be deleted because it still has template set [name of the role] attached."

This refers to the measure templates, the pages automatically generated when you select a measure.  One template is Input Analysis View for instance.

A template set is a set of variants that appear for a role instead of the default templates.  Each set is linked to one role, and takes some effort to create so it will not allow the role to be deleted until the set itself is deliberately removed.

Templates are accessible only by SuccessFactors staff at present, so contact customer support or your account team for assistance deleting the template sets to allow their roles to be deleted.
