Symptom

  • After upgrading, Receiving error when testing connection in Central Management Console for Data Insight of Information Steward.
  • Connection Error: Communication error with the service, caused by: The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is bip://INST-JF00.EC.win.colpal.com:6400@INST-JF00.EC.win.colpal.com.6400/services/ICC.MetadataService?preferable=false and the WSA Action = urn:test connection.  If the EPR was previously reachable, please contact the server administrator,; nested exception is : com.sap.icc.applicationservice.ServiceActionException: The endpoint reference (EPR) for the Operation not found is bip://INST-JF00.EC.win.colpal.com:6400@INST-JF00.EC.win.colpal.com.6400/services/ICC.MetadataService?preferable=false and the WSA Action = urn:test connection.  If the EPR was previously reachable, please contact the server administrator (COR-10245) (ADM-10008)
