2365157 - Account Change History in CRM Web UI

Symptom

 "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

  • In the case entries in Change History are not required due to specific requirements for users.
  • SAP Note  2063723 - "Change History: since today, since yesterday" has been implemented.  However in the WebUI, it still displays all Change History transactions in the Change History assignment block.
  • Some accounts could have multiple pages of Change History that you wish to filter down in to a more recent date.
