2365187 - "No data to retrieve" error is displayed after refreshing a Web Intelligence report for 10 minutes since updating to BI 4.2 SP3

Symptom

  • Refreshing a Web Intelligence report results in "No data to retrieve" error message.
  • On the Data tab it can be observed that the query returned Partial Results after refreshing for 10 minutes (600 seconds).
  • The issue is observed since updating to BI 4.2 SP3.
