2365640 - DSI encounters Data Server Msg 7788 & 313 - SRS

• dsi_bulk_copy is enabled on the target connection.
   
• dsi_isolation_level  set to 0 on the target connection.
   
• bcp in data from primary, brought down DSI connection with the following warning message:
  •      Message from server: Message: 7788, State 1, Severity 10 -- 'WARNING: An explicit or implicit
         HOLDLOCK/NOHOLDLOCK/READPAST was specified for table 'dbo.table'; however, since this is an isolation level 0 scan, the HOLDLOCK/NOHOLDLOCK/READPAST is ignored. 
  •      ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(106(1) ASE157SP130.rdb304) - eneric/dsi/dsiutil.c(453)
         Message from server: Message: 313, State 2, Severity 16 -- 'The optimizer could not find a unique index which it could use to perform an isolation level 0 scan
         on table 'master.dbo.spt_values'.
  •      Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 16973838, Severity 0 -- 'blk_init(): blk layer: CT library error: Failed when CT_Lib routine ct_results() called.'.
