2365689 - Deployment of the BOE.ear file fail on WebSphere or WebLogic

Symptom

  • When attempting to deploy BOE.ear on WebSphere, the deployment appears to spin indefinitely
  • Checking task manager, the java process of websphere is stuck indefinitely with high CPU usage
  • Checking the wsadmin.traceout when using the command-line of WebSphere deployment, the following errors can be seen in the log:
