Symptom

  • SAP Replication Server (SRS) failed to start with the following error:

     E. ERROR #13114 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - seful/cm.c(493)
     Failed to allocate an environment structure for a Connector. See Connector error message for more information.
     I. No Sybase library information is available.
     F. FATAL ERROR #18028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - servmain.c(1759)
     Initialization failed. Server is shutting down.
     T. (4): Exiting due to a fatal error.

  • All SRS Environment Variables are set correctly
