2365793 - WFA access error: "Your current location does not have permission to access this site."

After logging into Workforce Analytics, or accessing it via BizX, the following error appears:

"Your current location does not have permission to access this site. The allowed locations are determined by your organization.

We apologize for any inconvenience."

This message appears when a WFA instance is restricted such that it can only be accessed by certain IP addresses, rather than physical locations, and the computer you are using does not have one of these addresses.

Google "my ip address" to see your computer's public IP address.  Support will be able to either add your address to the list of allowable addresses, or remove the restriction altogether if it is no longer necessary.

Note to partners and SuccessFactors staff: the list of allowable addresses is accessible in the WST web app, and removing them all will remove the restriction from Production, but the same must be done in the DBI or Preview will remain restricted and Production will be re-restricted with the next monthly refresh.
