2366076 - Compensation: Worksheet is not transferred to new manager’s inbox when using Automatic Inbox Transfer

The worksheet is not transferred to the inbox of the new manager of the compensation planner when using Automatic Inbox Transfer. 

SuccessFactors Compensation Management

1. The worksheet is in the “Manager” step (EM role) of the route map, which means it is currently on the Inbox of the compensation planner’s manager.
2. An employee import changes the manager of the compensation planner and the option “Automatic Inbox Document Transfer To New Manager” is enabled.
3. However, the form is not transferred to the new manager (stays in the old manager’s inbox). 

The “Automatic Inbox Document Transfer To New Manager” option is not supported for Compensation Worksheets (CMP-13221). Instead of using the inbox transfer, you can use the option “Automatic insertion of new manager as next document recipient if not already” to workaround this limitation.  

Note: the options for En Route and Completed document transfer work.
