2366139 - CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ dump with corrupted symbols and characters

Symptom

A failed single sign-on logon generates a new entry in system log (transaction SM21) which indicates that a CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ dump was generated. Despite this fact, there is no dump in transaction ST22. The message text in the system log contains some corrupt looking strange symbols and characters.
