2366281 - Repository connection issue: Server is not found or not accessible - Data Services 4.x

• When login into SAP Data Services designer the logon fails with any of the error messages below.
  Error: ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Shared Memory]SQL Server does not
  exist or access denied.
