2366345 - Save Draft Error: "There was an error processing your request. Please contact support."

Cannot retrieve an employee from Save Draft, error message is displayed from Manage Pending Hire > Draft.

Login as a user that has permission to Add New Employee.

Navigate to Admin Center > Add New Employee, input employee details, click on Save Draft.

The logged in user does not have any information for First Name, Middle Name, or Last Name.

Update user Personal Information, populate any of the First Name, Middle Name, or Last Name then Save.

Any of the three information should be maintained as it is causing null pointer error in resuming the save draft.
