2366695 - When downloading attachments the page goes blank - Recruiting Management

When downloading recruiting attachments in Internet Explorer the page goes blank after clicking the attachment for donload;

This is an Internet Explorer configuration issue for which there are three possible solutions:

Solution 1:
Go to Internet Options in Internet Explorer -> Security -> Uncheck 'Enable Protected Mode'.
Then restart the internet explorer.

Solution 2:
Go to Internet Options in Internet Explorer -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Sites -> Add https://*.successfactors.com
Then restart the internet explorer.

Solution 3:
Add respective security certificate to attachment server which will take care of adding this trusted sites list to internet explorer.
