2366808 - "XML file extractor on application server <host name> reported error" error occurs when executing CDC Run in SAP Solution Manager 7.1

Symptom

Within SAP Solution Manager 7.1 Support package 12, execution of a Cross Database Comparison instance with an XML File on Application Server source type results in the following error:

"XML file extractor on application server <host name> reported error: RFC destination <host name> does not exist."
