Symptom

  • FOR REFERENCE ONLY (USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION) - CUSTOM DESIGN TO MAKE IT WORK
  • For Android Devices: Only file type jpg and txt file opens but not PDF, .XLS, .DOC
  • Cannot download Work Order attachments for an Agentry Android device (with or without document URL link)
  • Device: Pop Up Message: DocumentPushRequestSteplet - /SYCLO/CX_CORE_SUBQUEUE_MGR:Invalid push scenario id SWM62_BDS_DOCUMENT_PUSH for mobile app Z_Custom_WORK_MANAGER_62 Server error - please contact your administrator (13)
  • Note: This is tied to a customization done on the Work Manager 6.2 hence Z_Custom_WORK_MANAGER_62
