2367110 - Unable to Integrate SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer to SAP JAM

Symptom

You are not able to integrate SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer to SAP JAM.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Feed work center.
  2. Error appears: You can't access SAP JAM because configuration of your user is incomplete. Please contact your system administrator.

Cause

There is one extra "/" in Authentication Server URL and API Server URL fields towards end.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select the relevant project (e.g. First Implementation).
  4. Select the Open Activity List view.
  5. Go to the Fine-Tune tab.
  6. Search and open SAP JAM Integration.
  7. Select JAM and choose Register Client button.
  8. Remove the extra "/" at end of the URL maintained in the Application Server URL and API Server URL fields.

Please note that when you choose on Register Client, you need to provide Client Secret again and select OK  then on main screen choose Save button.
