2367261 - Setting the Completion Status Filter for the Item Status Report in SuccessFactors Learning

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access the LMS
2. Navigate to Reports
3. Search for and open the Item Status Report
4. Click the blue Filter icon next to Completion Status
5. Note in the Search Results, only statuses that give credit for the course are available

The "Credit Given" and "Credit Not Given" statuses are split in the Completion Status search filter

1. Navigate to the Item Status report
2. Click the blue filter icon next to "Completion Status"

3. Click the link to "Search Again"
1. 
4. Select "No" for the "Provide Credit" option
1. 
5. Run the search again
6. The incomplete (no credit given) statuses are now displayed

Helpful Tip:

1. Select the statuses you want for "Provide Credit = Yes" first and add to filter
2. Then search again for the "Provide Credit = No" statuses and add them to the filter

Note: A Completion Status of 'Credit Not Given' is not for incomplete items (ex. the user still has the item in the learning plan), but rather for Items that have been finished but in a 'Failure' type state. The Item would be in the user's learning history.
