2367266 - Job Requisition Audit Trail not showing a field update - Recruiting Management

When opening Job Requisition Audit History ('Info about this form' icon), the changes made in a field (e.g. Job Posting) are not shown, since no entries for this field are displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting -> Job Requisitions;
2. Open a Job Requisition (Open or Closed Status);
3. Open Job Requisition Audit History tab ("Info about this form" icon);
4. Check "Change History" section and no entries are shown for the field

The issue is caused by lacking permissions for the Job Requisition Operator. The Audit Trail always shows changes to fields, to which a Recruiting Operator has at least read permissions in the current stage.

Update the permissions accordingly.

You can Work with an Implementation Partner or modify the template from Admin Centre > Manage Template > Job Requisition to ensure permissions (Read only or Edit/Write) are granted to operators as needed per Job Requisition Status.
