Project time recording sent to the wrong approver apart from a project manager.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Choose the Time Recording view
3. Choose the Time Sheet sub view
4. Choose Employee ABC
5. Choose Open Time Sheet
6. Here you can see the Approver name for whom the time recordings are sent for approval.

If the substitute assigned to project manager. In this case, all the time recording will be sent to project manager substitute for approval.

Steps to check the project manager substitute

1. Go to Project Management Work Center
2. Choose Projects View
3. Choose Project ID XYZ
4. Choose Edit and  Project Plan button
5. Go to Team and Staffing tab
6. Here you can see the approver is marked as the Substitute.

The system works as designed.
