When inputting the username on esig verifications, users are required to use CAPS.

This is by design. 

1. Integrated mode:
In order to utilize the e-sig functionality under integrated mode, the BizX username has to match the credentials that the user is using to log in.
If they are natively logging in through BizX, that's just their username.
If they are using SSO,(with no extra mappings when accounts are synced in BizX), then their SSO login ID needs to match the BizX username.

2. LMS standalone, we will compare the userID entered with the studID and proceed further.
