Symptom
I am trying to create an admin who has only permission to access the Questionnaire survey section in the LMS
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Resolution
The workflows which are required to access the Questionnaire Survey section:
1. Add Questionnaire Surveys
2. Copy Questionnaire Surveys
3. Delete Questionnaire Surveys
4. Edit Questionnaire Surveys
5. Edit Questionnaire Surveys Item Usage
6. View Questionnaire Surveys
7. Search Questionnaire Surveys
Create a new Role(System Admin -> Security -> Role Management -> Add New) and add the above workflows and assign this role to the admin.
In addition, the workflow 'Edit Item Evaluation' is required for the Admin to be able to associate or edit a survey on the Item level.
