2367630 - OData Offline Delta refresh entries not showing on client device

Symptom

  • When a store refresh is triggered from the client device and the defining requests are delta enabled in the backend SAP system  
    the delta entries are not seen on the device after the refresh is completed.
  • Gateway and SMP traces show the refresh was successful but the device database does not have the entries in the local tables.
