2367633 - SAP Analytics Cloud throws "http.readDestination: destination not found" error when accessing a Live HANA connection

• Previously created models based on a Live HANA connections are not working and the below error is thrown:
  http.readDestination: destination not found (package: sap.fpa.services.connection.system.<tenantnr>, name: <systemnr>)
• End user has to re-edit the connection under Main Menu > Connection then the connection works properly until user logs out.
• After end user logs in again the same error will be thrown again and the connection is not working.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2016.17

1. Log into the tenant URL.
2. Create a Model based on a HANA Live Connection.
3. Enter credentials for Hana Connection when asked.
4. Error appears, even if an incorrect password is used.
5. Go to Verbindung/Connections.
6. Edit the connection and give the credentials.
7. Save connection (A new model is created successfully).
8. Log out from tenant and log in again.
9. Create a new model, provide credentials then error appears again.

The connection has been created by using the PROXY connection type.

• The PROXY is not officially supported for connecting to on-premise HANA systems is disabled.
