2367953 - Entire History is Deleted After Deleting First/Initial Record: Personal Information, Address Information, Dependents Information

After the deleting the initial record for Personal Information, Address Information or Dependents Information all later records are deleted (entire history is removed)

For all effective dated portlets (Personal Information, Dependents, Address) on the landing page "Personal Information", the deletion of a history record also deletes all subsequent time records of this entity. This is a feature. It enables to delete an entity entirely by deleting the earliest history record that represents the creation of that entity.

This is an expected behavior and there is no plan to enhance this.
