2368180 - Deactivate option is missing in actions menu of assignment profile

Symptom

- Admin cannot see "Deactivate" option in actions menu for assignment profile

Environment

- Learning Management System (LMS)

Reproducing the Issue

- Admin navigates to any assignment profile (Users/assignment profiles) within the application,

- Admin wants to deactivate this assignment profile,

- Navigates to Actions menu

- "Deactivate" option is missing

Cause

- Issue is related to missing workflows in admin's associated role

Resolution

- Missing worklow can be found in System Admin > Security > Role Management > Workflows > Add one or more from list > User Management > inactivate Assignment Profile

- Admin should add this worklow to role and issue will be resolved
