2368189 - Unable to delete recruiting groups "This group cannot be deleted when it is in use" - Recruiting Management

When trying to delete the recruiting group using Manage Recruiting Groups tool, an error message appears: "This group cannot be deleted when it is in use".

The group might be associated to any job requisition template at the template level and/or to any job requisition before deleting them. The groups associated to deleted requisitions will throw this error as well.

Before deleting the groups, you need to remove the association of the group with any requisition created or with any template and then try deleting them.

You can find out the ones associated with the group in question by creating a simple report. In Integration Center, use the entity JobRequisitionGroupOperator and filter using userGroupName.
