• RSOE logs show "Received an unexpected HTTP error from the web server:HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error"
• When browsing to http://localhost/ias_relay_server/server/rs_server.dll (or equivalent address) on the relay server, an "HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid" error is displayed
• Detailed error information when viewed locally from the relay server reports, "Can not log on locally to [physical directory] as user [domain]\[username] with virtual directory password."
