2368988 - Monitoring data not written on Oracle Audit Database if the monitoring tables are created manually in SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.x

Symptom

  • Following error observed: "An error occurred while retrieving the trend data from the database (MON00009)" in Monitoring Dashboard when user disables a watch.
  • Monitoring trending tables are not created in the Audit repository.
  • Upon manually creating the monitoring tables, no data is inserted into Monitoring tables.
  • In APS Logs we will find  the below errors:
