2369006 - SAP EIS SGLT produces Visual Basic Run-time Error 53: File Not Found when opening up loadset scenario

Symptom

When opening up an SGLT in the SAP Enterprise and Service-Level Optimization (EIS) UI it fails with the Microsoft (MS) Visual Basic:  Run-time Error "53". File Not Found.

This prevents the user from opening up any SGLT loadsets within the EIS DataLoading Tools Excel interface.
