2369089 - Charm:Cannot generate ZMIR from ZMBR

You are using Requirements Management in Charm in Solution Manager 7.2.  Configurations in solman_setup are correctly done.

You copied your own Business Requirement transaction like ZMBR from SMBR and your own IT requirement transaction like ZMIR from SMIR, also did copy control configuration from ZMBR to ZMIR.

While testing, you found that SMIR can be created from SMBR when SMBR status changed to "Handed over to IT". But, ZMIR is not created when ZMBR goes to same status.
