2369094 - Setup Onboarding Integration application error received - Onboarding

Symptom

  • When trying to setup Onboarding integration in RCM an application error is received

Environment

  • Recruiting
  • Setup Onboarding Integration

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to: Admin Center > Recruiting> Set up Onboarding Integration > Job Application >
  • Select a template
  • Error is thrown

Resolution

  • If you are a Client please open a case in the SAP Support Portal for assistance please reference this KBA

For Partner/Implementors please check the following:

  • In provisioning - make sure that onboarding settings have been configured
    • Provisioning > locate the BizX ID > Company Settings > about half way down you should see the Onboarding setting
  • In Super Admin - make sure the BizX connection is setup
    • Super Admin > Features > BizX connection > make sure the following is correct : BizX  company , URL , API User
