2369213 - Manage TimeOff Missing after upgrade in PP3

Symptom

Manage time off link is not visible in PP3 instances

Environment

Employee Central, Time Off

Resolution

This is an expected behavior. The Manage Time Off link is removed from PP3 system after b1608.

The same functionality is covered via "Administer time" link in Time Off section.

You need to grant the permission under Manage Time > Access Workbench, in order to see the link.
