2369630 - Inbound Emails For Offline Forms Not Working

Symptom

  • Want to use the Inbound Processing for E-mails in EHSM and noticed that the relevant offline forms are not received in the defined e-mail address.
  • Error message "Reply email is empty! Please configure email in customizations" is displayed when clicking on the "Send" button in the offline form
