This KBA covers how to create a Custom Tile with an image and assign a link.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Administration -> Application Administration -> Landing Page Settings;
2. Create Custom Tile (on the right);
3. Add information into Step 1;
4. In Step 2 add title and description;
5. In the big textbox select the Image button;
6. Save the Custom Tile;
7. Select Upload tab;
8. Choose File and load the file;
9. Send it to the server;
10. You will now have the image added and hit ok;
11. Now you are back to your Step 2 screen.  Select the image and select the Link button;
12. Add your url;
13. Preview and select Save;
14. Login as your user (who belongs to the organization id you added when creating the custom tile);
15. Click your new tile's image and be redirected.

Important Note: Images uploaded to a custom tile are not sharable across other organizations' tiles:

• Once the image is uploaded to a custom tile, it can only be accessed by users belonging to that tile's specified organization
• This means that the image URL cannot be copied and pasted into the source of another organization's custom tile
