2369963 - Thumbnail image for Survey or Learning Item is not visible in Learning Plan

Thumbnail image was updated for Surveys and other entities within Learning Administration. However, the new thumbnail is not reflected on the user side.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Images >
2. Change the Survey thumbnail > Save the changes >
3. As a user with pending surveys, access the Learning user side and notice that the new image is not shown.

The setting showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally should be enabled to display the entity's thumbnails on the user's Learning Plan.

1. Go to the Learning Administration >
2. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration >
3. Open LMS_ADMIN in edit mode >
4. Search for showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally >
5. Change it to true (showItemThumbnailPhotosGlobally=true) >
6. Click on 'Apply changes' >
7. Now checking the user side, the updated thumbnail should be shown.
