This article describes how to associate pools to roles, when using Legacy families and Roles (JDM 1.0).

Associating Pools to Roles is done to indicate that the Pool is a source of successors for that Role. To view Pools in positions' nodes on Succession Org Chart, the Talent Pools must be associated with a Role:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Job Roles;
2. Select the desired "Family" and drilldown to choose the "Role":

3. In the Role page, click “Edit Properties” next to the role name:

4. Select a Talent Pool to map to the Role;
5. Click "Save and Close":
