When calling a Fiori Fact Sheet URLs via none SAP Web Dispatcher, that encodes URLs as /sap%28bD1xxxxxiZjPTAxMSZkPW1pbg==%29/bc/bsp/sap/bscbn_... instead of
/sap(bD1xxxxxiZjPTAxMSZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/bscbn_..., that causes the ABAP System to return a 404 Not Found error.
