2370626 - Missing query string when redirecting using modification rules

Symptom

You want to  redirect  all HTTP connections  to HTTPS using modification rules in Webdispatcher set using " icm/HTTP/mod_0"

Rules in the file:

if %{SERVER_PROTOCOL} !stricmp "https"

begin RegIRedirectUrl /(.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [code=permanent]
