2370627 - LMS - Remove default organization value when adding a new observer in an item.

Organization has a pre-populated default value in the pop-up screen when trying to add a new observer in an item.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS)

1. From Learning, go to an item/course (with Manage Task Checklist Observers enabled).

2. Click the plus sign for Add Observers.

3. Search user pop-up window will appear.

4. Notice that the organization field has a default value populated.

This is expected behavior.

The reason why a default value on the organization field is showing when searching for an observer in an item is because of the default configuration for organization name. The value showing is the same organization as the user. By design, the observer to be requested should belong to the same organization.
