Symptom
- Some Diagnostics Agents do not connect to Solution Manager, even if Solution Manager is configured to support a higher number of agents
- Exception in the Agent logs: javax.naming.NamingException: Exception while trying to get InitialContext. [Root exception is com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.P4RuntimeException: Unexpected exception]
- Solution Manager Default Trace shows this error: Processing RMI-P4 request failed. There are no resources to handle the request. This may happen when the load is too big. Increase the P4 request queue size or number of concurrent threads.
