2371054 - Dates are not translated for Stories in SAP Analytics Cloud

Dates are available in English only, despite of the language is not English in the User Preferences.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2020.02

1. Logon to BusinessObjects Cloud.
2. Select a non-English language in the User Preferences.
• After save, click OK.
3. Create a Model with time dimension.
4. Create a Story from the Model.
5. Add a Grid or Chart to the Story and select the time dimension from the dimensions.
6. Drill in to the time dimension and notice that the dates (For example: months) are not translated. 

This is a by design behavior, as per the followings:

1. The dates of different models, are stored in HANA DATE format.
2. This data is currently only available in English, as HANA does not offer dates in other languages.
