2371316 - You are not able to find the Promotions within an Account

You are not being able to find the Promotions inside Sales Order tab, within an Account

SAP Cloud for Customer Core Applications

1. Go to the Customers work center
2. Open the Account ABC
3. Go to the Sales Order tab
4. Click on New Sales Order
5. Click on add Product option
6. Select the Promotions field
7. System will show the message  no records found, however customer has maintained Promotions into the system

In order to make the Promotion appear inside the Sales Order, both Promotion and Sales Order should have the same Sales Area if not, then no promotions will be shown.

The solution to this issue is under investigation.
