Symptom

When trying to refresh the CPA Cache you get the following error as result:

com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.CPAException: Could not update cluster. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPAClusterException: Could not communicate cluster cache event. Reason: com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPADBException: com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Failed to set the parameter 4 of the statement INSERT INTO XI_AF_CACHE_UPDT (UPDT_TIME, REF_ID, NODE_ID, OBJ_ID, OBJ_TYPE, EVENT, SEQ_NUM, OBJ_BYTE, FULLREFRESH) VALUES(?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?);: Cannot assign a object of length 101 to a parameter with JDBC type VARCHAR(100).
