2371338 - SMO6_REORG2 performance is getting worse

Symptom

You are deleting entries in table SMWT_TRC by report SMO6_REORG2. The performance is becoming slow. For example, You started this report to delete 100,000,000 entries. After 10 hours you can see 40,000,000 entries left. But after 15 hours you can still see 35,000,000 entries left. The performance is getting worse.
